THND AI Troubleshooting FAQ

Problem (P): It’s my first time using THND AI. I can’t seem to connect my 1 THND or Azuki Apes to THND AI.

Solution (S): Step 1: Type /Link <wallet address> Step 2: Send ANY amount of $ETH FROM an External Wallet with $THND <directed wallet> within 10 minutes.

Make sure the $ETH / $SOL is sent to the directed wallet within 10 minutes to confirm the THND or Azuki Apes otherwise it will not link.

P: My balance is not showing / incorrect

S: Step 0: Have you checked Etherscan / Solscan to double check your balance? If yes, continue to step 1. Step 1: When’s the last time you restarted telegram? If more than a day, try closing the application and check. Did it fix the problem? If no, see step 2. Step 2: Hit reload. Did it fix the problem? If no, see step 3. Step 3: Hit restore. Did it fix the problem? If no, see step 4. Step 4: Submit a support ticket.

If Solana, please wait at least 10 minutes as transactions may take some time to show up.

P: My positions are not showing

S: Step 0: Have you checked Etherscan / Solscan to double check you really hold those positions? If yes, continue to step 1. Step 1: When’s the last time you restarted telegram? P: How can I get a SOL wallet?

S: Download and install Phantom at phantom.app. You'll also be able to create a NEW SOL wallet in the AI Trader soon.

P: My overall invested ETH / SOL seems to be constantly decreasing. Where has it gone?

S: THND AI doesn’t display the unrealized gains / losses from your @work positions. The difference between what you have initially invested = @work + realized gains + available bank + unrealized gains (not displayed in THND AI interface)

P: THND AI commands do not seem responsive

S: Step 1: Check the messages to see if THND AI is currently being upgraded or down. If no message, the Ethereum or Solana network or the BOT could be down. Please let Aleph know if he has NOT already been alerted.

P: I didn’t get a confirmation of my buy / sell from THND AI.

S: Step 0: Have you checked Etherscan / Solscan to check to make sure you transaction actually executed and didn’t fail? If yes, continue to step 1. Step 1: Is this a reoccurring problem or the first time? If this is the first time, would suggest waiting for the second transaction to see if the problem still occurs. If problem still occurs, continue to step 2 Step 2: Submit a support ticket.

THND Swap FAQs

Q: What is THND Swap?

A: THND Swap is a cross-chain swap that leverages ChangeNow. The only difference is THND has routed the swap through its own node and optimized the path to make it quicker and cheaper than ChangeNow.

Q: How long does a swap typically take?

A: Depends on the network but usually 10 to 15 minutes. There are times where the network is clogged and may take longer than 1 hour (e.g., Solana). We recommend take down the TXN IDs and wait for the transaction to execute.

If it has been more than 12 hours, we suggest contacting ChangeNow directly for support.
